Members of Council 6478 who have gone to rest.

Eternal Rest grant unto them O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.  May their souls, and all the souls of the faithful departed; through the Mercy of God, Rest in Peace in company with Christ and may they rejoice in your Kingdom.

Obituary For Hugh C. Dryer

Charter founding member of Council 6478

Hugh C. Dryer, age 71, of Yukon, passed away Sunday, Aug. 30, 1992 in Sun City West, Az. He was born Aug. 9, 1921 in OKC and had been living in Yukon since 1969. He graduated from Classen High School in '39 and from Texas Tech in '47. He had owned his own architect firm in Lubbock for 10 years before working for the U.S. Government for 18 years as an architect-engineer. He had been briefly involved in the gas and oil business. He was a member of St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church in Yukon, a 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus, a WWII Army Engineer veteran, had belonged to several model railroad clubs, and was a past member of the Yukon Rotary Club. Survived by his wife, Frances "Pat", of the home; daughter, Patricia Wolf of Crested Butte, Co.; and grandson, Thomas Wolf of Ft. Worth, Tx. A Vigil was held at Turner Chapel with a Funeral Mass at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church in Yukon.
